GPS Tracking Device Status App

App for Drivers

Our app is designed to help drivers manage and post various work-related information in conjunction with the company's Web Console, ensuring that work information is both accurate and comprehensive. The app includes the following key features:

1. Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS)

   This menu is dedicated to managing travel plans for product delivery as assigned by employees. You can view your current location via the GPS device or the Mobile Tracker menu, as well as the destination for product delivery. Additionally, this menu provides updates on delivery status.

2. Maintenance Menu (Maintenance)

   This menu is used for recording vehicle maintenance activities. Data and reports are stored and can be summarized through the Web Console. The types of maintenance recorded include:

   • Refueling
   • Maintenance/Service
   • Vehicle condition checks
   • Repair items

3. Mobile Tracker Menu

   This menu allows the determination of a driver's location using a mobile device, eliminating the need for a separate GPS device. The app sends and stores GPS location data in the system for the duration that tracking is active, and data transmission can be turned off when not needed. This data can be integrated with various menus such as the travel plan menu (TMS) and vehicle tracking menu. You can also view data summaries or reports in various formats through the Web Console. The Mobile Tracker menu requires additional permissions for certain device functions:

   • Access to location at all times: This allows the app to request GPS location information without needing to be actively launched, enhancing user convenience.

   • Access to physical activity data (ACTIVITY RECOGNITION): This permission helps manage GPS data in various modes to improve system efficiency and conserve energy. The modes are as follows:

     1. Still: Requests GPS data every 1 minute; in Power Save Mode, it requests every 5 minutes.
     2. Working: When walking is detected, GPS data is requested every 1 minute.
     3. In Vehicle: When in this activity, the system sends GPS data every second to ensure accurate distance and speed tracking, but normally sends data every 1 minute.

     Power Save Mode activates when in the 'Still' state for more than 5 minutes and deactivates upon detecting 'Working' or 'In Vehicle' activities.

4. Vehicle Tracking Menu (Vehicle Tracking)

   This menu displays current location information from GPS or Mobile Tracker devices and various work statuses. It also allows viewing historical data in multiple formats, including:

   • Device information
   • Notification settings
   • Daily travel summary information
   • GPS movement data at desired time intervals
   • Additional information from installed equipment such as MDVR, TPMS (if any)

Additionally, policies regarding data collection and usage can be accessed through the user account menu, which includes:

• Terms and conditions of use
• Personal information protection policy
• Cookie Policy
