Game Enhancements
While primarily free-to-play, optional upgrades enhance your gameplay. Customize your starting position, choosing your faction and initial territory. Engage in thrilling fantasy battles between any two cultures, deploying as many warriors as your device can handle. You can even edit individual characters (note: the game features up to 1,000 regularly updated characters).
Intuitive Controls
Individual character control offers two options: the classic one-handed system or dual-wield control for separate hand management. Consult the in-game "Controls" guide (accessible via the dateline pause menu) for detailed instructions. In-game hints are also available within scrolls and books.
Switch between controlled units by tapping their health meter or directly selecting them on the battlefield. Activate "Commander" mode (via bottom screen arrows) for strategic overview, directing units by swiping from their location to your desired target. Units will attempt to follow your commands but may prioritize other tasks based on their circumstances.
Zoom in and out using the familiar pinch-to-zoom gesture.
Conquest Map
The main "Campaign" mode requires territorial expansion by moving units between connected areas. Fortify existing territories or seize enemy-held ones. Remember, only half your units are available for movement in any given territory, making defense easier than invasion.
Territorial populations may grow after each round, so controlling numerous territories is crucial. Units gradually regenerate health over time, encouraging strategic relocation between different locations each turn.
Performance Considerations
This is our most ambitious game yet, potentially requiring a high-performance device for optimal gameplay. Reduce screen load by lowering the "Population" setting or adjusting other options within the "Display" menu.
