The program operates under a set of rules that outline the terms of participation. Participants can be adults or minors aged 14 and above, who, according to the applicable laws, are allowed to engage in small household transactions. To become a participant, individuals must register with their personal details, including an individual identification number as per the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Upon registration, participants complete a questionnaire that includes their consent for the Company to process their personal data in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection." This consent allows the Company to use various communication methods, including email, instant messaging, SMS, phone calls, and postal services, as well as automated data processing for advertising and informational purposes. Participants may withdraw their consent in writing at any time.

The Royal Petrol Mobile Application, available for iOS and Android devices, is a convenient tool for managing your loyalty program participation.
Bonus points, or Bonuses, are awarded to participants for purchases made at Royal Petrol filling stations. Each Bonus point equates to one tenge, and these points can be redeemed exclusively at Royal Petrol filling stations for purchasing goods. The Bonus account of each participant keeps track of accrued, withdrawn, and current Bonus balances within the Program Database.
