Additionally, the app extends its functionality to other GM brand vehicles, though these are also currently untested.
Using the OPL DRC Reader, you can access crucial information such as the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Engine Code, and a comprehensive list of errors detected in the Engine Control Module (ECU), Body Control Module (BCM), and Transmission Control Module (TCM). In some vehicles, the app can also read the mileage from these modules, providing you with a complete overview of your car's health.
**CAUTION**: To ensure the app functions correctly, you'll need a compatible ELM327 Bluetooth interface, at least version 1.3.
