Gameplay Overview:
The objective is to be the first team to reach a predetermined point total. Play in teams of one or two. The Hâkem (leader) declares the trump suit. Each player receives 13 cards, ranked A, K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 within each suit. The Hâkem leads the first trick. Players must follow suit if possible; otherwise, any card may be played. The highest trump card, or the highest card of the led suit if no trumps are played, wins the trick. The trick winner leads the next. The first team to win seven tricks scores a point.
